The room is great-sized and warm with an extremely comfy bed and pillows. The hotel provided a good customer service during our trip.

the service of drinks from the various bars was greatly restricted at all times by the use of only one person serving this seemed to be a money saving tactic.

Would recomand to anyone. This hotel is ideal and clean, has very approachable staff and favourable location particularly in children's areas. The property rooms are comfy for a bigger balcony. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV are available. Nice service and the food is delicious. Pool area is heated, truly enjoyed this place...

Had exceptionally comfortable family room for a bigger balcony and wake-up service was available in it. There were facilities such as a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The staff were all very approachable and really kind.

Staff very helpful and efficient but it may take a little time to get through to some staff as German is the preffered non Turkish language. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the cleaning maid did a first rate job. Food was to a good standard for this price range hotel.

The room was spacious and impeccably cleaned every day, showcasing the high standards of the housekeeping staff. The food stood out with its freshness and variety, catering to all tastes, while the private beach area offered great service and delicious options. On the downside, some amenities like the pools only opened late , which could be disappointing for families looking for more activity. While the staff was generally helpful, there were times when more proactive assistance would have been appreciated.

Great food and friendly staff, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The hotel was great for our family vacation with our two teenagers. The kids loved the children's area where they could eat and play with others. We also enjoyed the amazing barbecue nights and the extensive spa facilities, a nice treat for the adults.

My kids wished the kids club was better monitored. It would be great to have someone supervising the kids while they play. It would definitely give us parents peace of mind.

Innvista Hotels Belek was a good find for our family vacation! The rooms were spacious and very clean, perfect for a relaxing stay. The food offered was fantastic, with such a wide range that everyone found something they enjoyed. The pools were lovely, and the kids had a blast on the various slides and at the mini disco each evening.

Some pool areas could use more heating.

We had an amazing week at this resort! The food was delicious, especially the grilled fish every night, and the animation team. I loved the beachside snacks too! Can't wait to return!

The proximity to the Land of Legends was perfect for family outings, and the children's club kept my kids happily engaged with creative activities throughout our stay.

The pools were great for kids, especially the water park. Room service took too long to respond.

I seemed like royalty. The endless buffet had everything from mouth-watering desserts to delicious gluten-free options on request. The kids' aqua park was a splash hit, keeping my little ones entertained while I indulged in some heavenly spa treatments.
